Domaine Sébastien Treuillet, established in 1991 by Sébastien Treuillet, is situated in the esteemed Pouilly-Fumé appellation of France's Loire Valley. Originally a cereal farmer, Sébastien was inspired by a winemaking friend in Sancerre to transition into viticulture. Today, he cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards, renowned for their limestone, flint clay, and Kimmeridgian soils, which contribute to the distinctive minerality of his wines. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies the classic characteristics of Pouilly-Fumé. On the nose, it presents vibrant aromas of citrus, lime, and gooseberry; intertwined with subtle tropical notes. The palate is dry, showcasing a blend of zesty green fruits and a tangy mineral complexity.
